This Shipping Policy explains how we manage order dispatch, delivery, and logistics for purchases made on www.corroban.in (“Platform”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via Delhivery, our logistics partner providing pan-India coverage with reliable courier and freight services.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen delays, strikes, weather disruptions, or service zone issues.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • If shipping is free it will be displayed
  • Bulk orders (25L and above) may be eligible for custom freight arrangements. Contact us directly for assistance.

  • Delhivery will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the package may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Service Areas

  • We currently ship across India.
  • If your area is unserviceable by Delhivery, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping or cancellation.

8. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, tampered, or unreasonably delayed, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@corroban.in with your order number and photos.
  • Do not discard packaging until we advise further.
