All orders are shipped via Delhivery, our logistics partner providing pan-India coverage with reliable courier and freight services.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen delays, strikes, weather disruptions, or service zone issues.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

- Bulk orders (25L and above) may be eligible for custom freight arrangements. Contact us directly for assistance.

6. Delivery Attempts
- Delhivery will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the package may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Service Areas
- We currently ship across India.
- If your area is unserviceable by Delhivery, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping or cancellation.
8. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
- If your shipment arrives damaged, tampered, or unreasonably delayed, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@corroban.in with your order number and photos.
- Do not discard packaging until we advise further.
