This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the process for cancelling an order or requesting a refund for purchases made through www.corroban.in (“Platform”).
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled on the same day of placement, provided the item has not been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted.
- If the order arrives and is not accepted at the doorstep, no refund will be initiated unless product damage is proven.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it to info@corroban.in within 3 days of delivery. We have 3 day return policy.
- To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the original item must be returned to us for inspection.
- Only after verifying the issue with the returned product, will a refund or replacement be processed. The replaced product will be delivered within 4-7 days.
3. Refund Conditions
- Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.
- Return shipping cost (if applicable) is to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during purchase:
- Online/Card: Refund to original payment source
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via UPI transfer to verified buyer account
- Please allow up to 7 working days after inspection for refund processing. Amount will be refunded in 7-10 days to the original payment method.
4. No Returns for Unused, Undamaged Items
- We do not accept returns or refunds for products that are undamaged or no longer needed after shipment.
- Returns based on change of mind or incorrect product selection are not eligible.
